DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This agreement is made between the service provider HAYRETTİN GÜVEN COMPANY (TAX NO: 4500423278) and the consumer.

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of tourism services (package tours, accommodation, transportation, etc.) offered by [NRGL Travel] in an electronic environment.

3. Payment and Refund
Payments are received securely through the iyzico infrastructure. Cancellation and refund conditions are specified on the “Refund Policy” page published on our website.

4. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal up to 14 days before the start of the service. Refund conditions apply to cancellations made within a shorter period.

5. Obligations
The company agrees to provide the service as specified in the contract; the consumer agrees to pay the service fee.

6. Disputes
In case of a dispute, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
