Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Principles

This policy applies to tourism services (package tours, accommodation, transportation, and additional services) offered by HAYRETTİN GÜVEN  FİRMASI (VERGİ NO : 4500423278 ). All transactions are conducted in accordance with the Consumer Rights Law and international tourism standards.

2. Cancellation Conditions

For cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the tour, a full refund of the amount paid will be given.

For cancellations made 14–7 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the total fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the tour.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation of the tour due to natural disasters, war, epidemics, decisions of official authorities, or unforeseen circumstances, the consumer has the right to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

In these cases, HAYRETTİN GÜVEN  FİRMASI (VERGİ NO : 4500423278 ) will not assume any additional compensation or liability.

4. International Tours

No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled due to issues arising from passport, visa, or personal documents for international tours.

Additional fees may apply to international cancellations according to the legislation of the relevant country.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to titaniusgroupgeorgia@hotmail.com.

After refund approval is received, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the payment method used.

HAYRETTİN GÜVEN  FİRMASI (VERGİ NO : 4500423278 )is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

6. Changes

HAYRETTİN GÜVEN  FİRMASI (VERGİ NO : 4500423278 ) reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
